He was still concussed when he went to find water.
That was two days ago.
He's tried retracing his steps, zig-zagging and just looking for any place he recognised. The speed of the days don't help. Everything changes so quickly, and now he's running low on power. At least he's still got some of that bizarre delicious fruit.

He ended up looking like a knight. He even looks like he could be riding a horse.
Finished in Photoshop.

The hair was generated using Thomas Luft's Ivy Generator. For some reason this image reminds me a little of those posed studio portraits of American indians from the old frontier days of the west..

It's animated, but am still rendering the scene.
Sorry for the low res. Memory problems and crashes make me think I need a new pooter...

Hello there!
I built this scene in Max 7.5 with textures made in Photoshop based on a digi-photo, and some hand drawn bits.
It's built with animation in mind, so a radiosity solution provides much of the general ambience.
Grass and foliage are made using Hair and Fur.
This is a standalone static shot. It renders in around 5 minutes.
It's been post-tweaked in Photoshop.
Hope you like it.
This is a b/g style concept image for a work project. I guess it took about 6 or 7 hours.
Crit's are welcome. I know there's room for improvement.
